To answer your question, 2048 MB (2 GB) which is the maximum upload size. If you're looking to maximize earnings I'd suggest a file that is 451MB though as it earnings are the same amount per download for a file that is between 451MB and 2048MB.

Can someone explain to me how to remote from FS to MU? I've done a lot of transfers between FSonic and FServe but I tried using Multifetch and it always times out. 8-)

Yes, it's possible. In my experience it's really fast too. I believe the correct format for the links is: http://[FServeUsername]:[FServePass]@fileserve.com/file/[stuff]/

The default for me is showing the upload date (newest first) which is exactly what I want as the newest uploaded files are the ones I'll be using. If you want it sorted by name just click the "Name" column after the page loads. :P

The "5120MB" (which is 5GB) upload is for premium members only, free members and non-members are still limited to 1024MB upload and 400MB per file download.

I don't mean to scare anyone but their site (and my German server) went down. Hopefully they'll come back online or we'll at least hear something positive from them soon. I was right in the middle of uploading some stuff and my server stopped responding. I tried to reconnect and it times out...

I'm not part of fileserve support but once you have $20 you can click "Transfer to Payout Account" under "Downloads & Referrals". The next day you should be able to either payout those funds or use them directly on FS for a premium account.
