i've noticed the same thing my guess is that in the overall total earnings promo is NOT counted while on "payout" overall total is added to promo however, on single days total earnings promo is already counted this is confusing :)

it's even worse premium downloads not counted free downloads yes, 1 for ip in 24 hours
