Depends on your internet connection/upload speed. If your max upload speed is 1mbps you can't get 2mpbs, lol. If the site has different upload speed limits for web and ftp then its up to you to check which works better for you.

Actaully co.cc is very useful for testing/non-profit because you don't have to purchase a domain. It has everything like a "real" domain but its free. However using it for a business site/forum/blog/anything-that-makes-income sucks.

I do watch movies and have 100's of mp3s on my phone (and enjoy!). I like free stuff although flattr concept is awesome for small businesses and I think every small site should have it. :))
