Personally i'd suggest ASUS. I'm using one myself and the build quality + performance has been great so far. But if you have to choose one from the above 3, get DELL.

Like i said why should they? Its not like they need it. Even with slow uploads, people use MU like crazy and you can see this from their stats. They are one of the most used file hosting websites right now. If they increase their upload speed they'll have to spend more $$$, which they'll never do.
