RapidSpeeds Rapid Speeds
@LeaseWeb Will be taking over RapidSpeeds servers and clients. If you have a server with us, it will be switched back on tomorrow morning!
Rapidspeeds just waste our time, ask us to wait for 12-18 hours to solve but finally give us bs,
I'd rather they tell "Yes, we are closing" earlier, instead of waste our time for pretend they are trying to solve things.
I should have order new servers from other companies earlier, this give my...
I guess the only way to save the reputation of Rapidspeeds is, Leaseweb take over the whole company.
Just like 100tb resells Softlayer, people will still buy from Softlayer if they need higher quality of support, but softlayer also gain profit to sell budget servers from 100tb, win win.
This...
This is what Leaseweb said
"On the other hand; Rapidspeeds was using own network and IP range, we do
not know which ip belongs to which server unless we get a list from
owner of Rapidspeeds and this is what we are still trying to get as
well."
So pray Darren sells Rapidspeeds to Leasweb, then...
The only fact I can see is 18 hours is over,
haven't see any update from their twitter,
and of course we can't access our server.
I haven't sleep for 30 hours, and had already order servers from 100tb,
waiting them to deliver me servers on the next day.
Rapidspeeds, I feel shame on you.
I have send leaseweb an e-mail, and give them a link of their thread,
praise them to plug back the server for 14 days for let us get the data backup, and allow us contact leaseweb for arrangement directly, but no luck, this is their reply.
Thank you for your email.
I totally agree with you and...
Rapidspeeds shouldn't waste our time and making lie to us,
I should have order server yesterday, so I can make my site back online within 2 days.
I have very bad impression to both Rapidspeed and LeasewebX-(
Live chat with Leaseweb AM
charles: yes, can you provide me more info?
Jasper S.: For now, there is a legal discussion about the former Rapid speeds servers, so we cannot touch them. LeaseWeb can provide you with a new server instead, depending on how the legal discussion will end there is...
What I suggest is, even though Rapidspeeds is close,
Leaseweb should plug back the cable and let the customers servers online first.
Then give us 14 days to contact Leaseweb directly, to arrange the transfer from Rapidspeeds to Leaseweb directly.
I've enough suffer from these 23 hours:facepalm:
:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:
Sunanda: As you are not our direct customer, we are not allowed to disclose any further details about the current situation, therefore we would advise you to contact Rapidspeeds directly for any further inquiries.
