It's not just that, they have contacted them due to general problems with server(s), at least I think so.

Yes I'm on the same server and it's very very slow. I can hardly open the explorer without waiting 10-15 seconds. I have sent the support ticket and Sam replied that they have contacted DC and that we should wait.

I think there is no need to defragment the servers every week, for the last 2 days everything was really slow and very hard to do anything. Maybe you should run it once a month, the servers worked fine anyway and everything was pretty fast until yesterday.

Chris server is slow, please check why. :)
