Got mine from WRZhost..Check the Switzerland Servers they have. I got about 95 MB/s to RapidShare (upload and download). I havent tested all file hosts, but ive always got at least 45 MB/s from the ones I use most of the times (RS, MegaUpload, FileSonic, FileServe and DuckLoad).

Are those on a 1 GB SHared or Dedicated Line? Speeds seem quite low for a 1 GB line

Yup - your host has to do this for you UNLESS you have root access to the main server.

WRZhost has Russia VPS's..but yeh as people have already said, cPanel is 15$. Contact them..maybe you can get some special offer, but cPanel will stay the same I think

Yes they do! I have some myself! Go to Services - Virtual Private Servers, and you can see the buttons for Windows VPS.

Have you asked WRZhost about this? I'm not sure if they sponsor but it's worth a try

WRZhost has got some VPS's with Windows. If you contac them you may be able to get a better price than what their website states. That's what I've been doing since always.

PRQ: Bandwidth is super expensive there! Otherwise, VPS's in Switzerland! :P
