I don't think you'd be able to do much gaming with a Quadro graphics card :-) You could probably save money by getting an nVidia GTX460 and you'd get similar performance (or better, I haven't really looked at comparisons for them).

I would guess that this means he's actually distributing the amount of bandwidth he has available between all of his clients. I'd much rather choose a host that's transparent like this rather than one offering 5TB for $10 a month :)

You should be able to get yourself a VPS with a respected provider for that amount, but I doubt you'd receive unmetered. Do you really NEED unmetered or are you simply asking for it so you don't have to pay any overages?

You need to make sure you get a decent package with a provider that will allow this, that server will take up a fair amount of CPU on the host node :-)
