£5-10 a month. It needs to be fast and I don't mind a little network downtime, as long as it isn't system-level downtime. IRCD's need to be allowed too.

I'm on a tight budget and want the flexibility of a VPS. Santrex are cheap but I've been on a China server before which was a load of shit. If I were to get a VPS in any of Santrex's locations, which would be ideal for Warez? Also, if you know of any other _cheap_ but reliable VPS hosts...
