Do it yourself using CLI. Don't use (waste of time) ugly web GUI's like this.

There are tonnes of different PHP functions. Such as ip2long, stripslashes, fread & fwrite.

I highly recommend that you use LightTPD on your VPS, as it consumes less RAM and can execute dynamic pages *much* faster than Apache.

You'll struggle with 256MB of RAM (or less). Go with a VPS host with 384MB+.
