FTP to Fileserve is always 1.5 - 3.0 MB/sec I don't use FTP. It's wack man I recommend using ZOOM File Uploader 5 and only that. :) Sorry.

100TB is amazing "ignore the first file, the speed was on ZOOMs side. Proof:
