Have you ever encountered this situation? When uploading 20 files via FTP, only 10 files are displayed in the list; there is no message indicating that the upload failed. The same situation occurs when trying to upload the missing files again.

I have tested and I could download as PPD2 , it would be better if you can ask your users to record a video of the issue.
