Hello. Dear users, we would like to inform you that we are currently working to resolve the coding errors that have arisen. The estimated time for the fix is January 26, 2025. We are conducting a global rework of our queues to fix these errors. The problem is related to the large increase in users, and we need to rework the queue system and expand the server fleet.

We also want to inform you that there has been a delay in payment processing. We are forced to verify user traffic and occasionally request your statistics. Please understand this, those who have passed verification will receive their payments without delays.

We block dozens of accounts with bot traffic every day, but sometimes difficulties arise when you distribute "links" and both legitimate users and bots interact with them. We need some time to check this and ensure that legitimate users are not affected.

We'd also like to thank the users who participated in the beta test of the file upload and sharing feature (not videos), we're already in the final stages of fully implementing this functionality.

I would like to immediately apologize for the delays in the work of the support service (tickets), and we also ask you not to open new tickets if you have already created one. Unfortunately, due to testing new functionality and coding glitches, we have a large backlog of tickets, about 70% of which are duplicates. Your ticket will definitely be reviewed and responded to.
