Bitcoin cash might be better option for you, always check network transactions fee. On LTC they are always cheap, on ETH not really if you withdraw $15 you can lose $2 just in transaction fee:

I don't know, I don't use Binance nor Bitcoin Cash. Hopefully someone can answer you this question :)

Problems with LTC seems to be solved, requested yesterday, got my money within 12 hours, thanks dood.
