If they told you that you are paid ask them for transaction id.

This problem already faced 2 times.....which is already solved and i am waiting for a payment which i made withdrawal 2 days ago.....and still showing : PENDING....
 
It's not solved, we are complaining for the past couple of pages in this thread that we didn't receive the "paid" money.

A lot of people haven't received the money marked as "paid" last thursday, yours is further in the queue, that's why I said don't expect it anytime soon, especially given the fact the support is quiet about the issue.

Same here last 2 payouts showing paid but get nothing in my wallet, and the support don't give a reply I send them mails and online chat but no response this site also turned into a scam.
