I have request for Payout on 19 jan to skrill and status is In process of payment. How i Cancel this request because i delete request and show this message "You're allowed to delete requests with 'In Progress' or 'Created' status only" and delete button cant work.

Increased payouts on tariff plans PPD and mixed for Arab countries
For a long time, we have been working in the file-sharing field. It is utmost important for us to stay tuned and pay attention to all new and profitable trends and tendencies.
Just recently we found out that the grow of activity performed by partners working with the PPD and Mixed for the group of Arabic countries.
Thus, we decided to make some changes in rate plans in our partner program.

From now on, for the PPD affiliate program: Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Oman, Morocco, Tunis, Syria, Algeria, Yemen will be moved from D group to C, and Saudi Arabia will be moved from C group to B.
For Mixed: Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Oman, Morocco, Tunisia, Syria, Algeria, Yemen, Bahrain were added to group E, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates were moved to group C. Kuwait and Qatar were moved to group D.

We are sure that it will double your earnings! And please, pay attention that the changes concern only rates for the PPD and Mixed.
We are also working on the increase of available payment methods for various locations to provide much more opportunity to make money for partners on the PPS program.
No doubt site stability is also an important aspect, therefore work for the site optimization is not stopping.

We have gathered a vast number of different ideas, tips and recommendations to create a new, practical, functional and convenient file Manager for working and managing files in two projects at once: Turbobit and HitFile, over a long period of work and cooperation with our partners working in the field of file sharing.

First of all, we would like to thank all our partners for their contribution to the development of the project. Thanks to your participation and assistance, we are now ready to introduce a completely new interface for working with files, which will certainly appeal to all user’s needs and will become a truly convenient help in your work.

The main task during development was to switch to a new, modern framework that will be directly integrated into Costaction. In addition, we decided not to separate what works well together, namely the ability to quickly switch and work with files from two platforms: Turbobit and HitFile.

The new design should not only be visually pleasing but also be an adaptive and convenient tool for work. We have rethought the layout and appearance of some interface elements. Added new customization options: zoom options for functions, favourite folders, new variations of viewing the list of files, etc. And the redesigned pagination functionality now allows you to use more flexible filtering settings and endless scroll. We also added new columns with data of recent downloads, earnings and availability of copies of files.

An important feature is a folder tree. Not only has the appearance been redesigned, but also options for shifting files and folders by simple drag-and-drop have been added, which should greatly simplify file management processes. Also, now the file can be downloaded directly on the page with files, without the need to open additional tabs. Updated interfaces for working with files and getting links in bulk.

Still, it's better to see and try it once :)
The updated interface is now available in the Costaction partner program's personal account.

Of course, we are still working on optimization and will be happy to hear your feedback.

Yesterday my account is hacked, someone changed payment details and email. I contacted support and now I can login in my account. But there are none of my files and earnings is gone. Even Turbo access is inactive.
I wrote to support but they repeat like robot: "This problem has been solved". Please help!

it says you should receive payment at least one time as a error. can't I get premium access without doing that? because I don't have much balance.
