A few hosts now don't let you directly delete files for whatever reason. The easiest workaround is to make a new folder and you can move your deleted files into that folder to keep them out of the way. And you can also delete that folder if you want.

LOL, we do it all the time. You make the folder. You put the tick mark in the file you want to move and then at the bottom you press on "Move to Folder" and you move it to the folder you made.

Support messages are usually answered quickly. When did you contact us? Have double checked views system, didn't find any issues. Non-browser views aren't counted in your statistics, could be the issue.
 
9000+ ... Doesn't surprise me. views have been down for a long time and the daily reports does not match the earnings but that is to be expected from streamin with the way they do things now. streamin won't ever be a fair host anymore and as i always said. you either abandon ship or deal with it. I will deal with it cause i have dealt with hosts like this before. so you will never really know your real views and what earnings are taken from you. I only request once a month but it seems like i might request every 2 months or 3 months with the way the rates are. They do go into your earning and views btw. I see it on a daily basis when i check my views and earnings.
