OK, i recently implemented a vip program on my website to give users a reason to use my links when they buy premium. Today i started the system and instantly made a 3 month sale and believe it or not but no sale was logged on moneyplatform.

I have received the receipt directly from the customer! Jeff you need to explain yourself, is there a huge delay from purchase made before it appears in the system? It's been over 3 hours now.

Jeff contact me asap (No need i emailed you directly), pm me and we will talk, i need this resolved asap and i need a good explanation how this sale could have slipped past your system when i both had him click my url and i had my site included in the url as well.

Improve your VIP Rules. You need to require from your user to clear k2s cache. Before they buy a premium. It should working.

Improve your VIP Rules. You need to require from your user to clear k2s cache. Before they buy a premium. It should working.

Clear cache !!!!! wtf.. Which normal user buy premium before clear cache ?? They will simply buy it. It's can't be a solution.
 
those guys purchased in 15 dec and then when they asked refund; sent mail / ticket for refund; they still can use premium service until they get refunded or not ?

also I think is more correct that you show us the refund request.
the mail or the ticket of person who asked refund , each time
By out TOS we not share our costumers and Partners data to nobody.

Improve your VIP Rules. You need to require from your user to clear k2s cache. Before they buy a premium. It should working.
We count sale by file. Only domain sales count by cookie. So not necessary to clear cashe.
Some time user open many k2s links and after not sure where he is pay. We have some times situation when user pay for Rapidgator and ask us why his K2S account is free ;-)

Hmm, i wonder if there's a way to force browser cache to clear or overwrite the cookie, anyone know of ways? Having users dig into their browser settings (considering there's over 5 major browsers you need to independently write a guide for) it would probably discourage them from everything.

About browser cache. Its impossible.
