I really love to answer of this question, Recently I was heading to the same problem and some one suggested me this reference "fastvpnservice" to get a list of best anonymous vpn providers you can also have a look and select the best one according to your needs and requirements hope you like this info and other too who are facing the same issue.

Can anybody share it's best advice to select VPN for torrenting because I have been facing issues with my existing provider and looking for any-other useful service which makes me anonymous while downloading and sharing also at affordable rates.

Please recommend me I am waiting for response.

Best Anonymous VPN

I use ExpressVPN and my experience is so far very good no speed lag, total privacy as even after Torrenting i get not notice emails by ISP I feel secure and totally trust it a little pricey though and I think for cheaper anonymous VPN option PureVPN and PIA are also good

Problem with VPN

The main problem with VPN is after activating the vpn service your speed is drastically reduced and you won't be able to surf the net and eventually you will turn off the vpn service.
