Hey I have a VPS with ScopeHosts and everything has been great til tonight it acts like a DDos attack where if it when even load its extreamly slow to load a page with just text like 5 min. I reboot the VPS and BAM it works somewhat decent for a few min and then goes back to being slow.

I was going to use FTP to download all my stuff off of it so I can just reinstall and see if that fixes it but I CANT access FTP at all.:(

Memory usage is NOT high at all checking it in solus and zPanel.

What can I do to atleast get FTP working?
Scopehosts prob wont be back online til monday.

Doesn't the host have 24/7 support? You should have gone with one that does. It could be a host issue. It could be an issue with the node. Best idea is to contact them. It could be a neighbor causing issues. Who knows.
 
I agree that you should contact them. From what you described there doesn't seem to be an issue with your VPS. It maybe an issue with the server itself, which neither of us can determine for sure unfortunately since we do not have access to it. It would be something only your host can figure out. I would try to connect them again about this issue as it seems to be pretty urgent.
 
We do provide technical support 24/7 . On weekends only 20% ( 5 Staff ) of the technical staff personals are available. We which are going increase by another 30% by next 2 months all these staff members will be on night shift ( UK/India Timing Zone ) covering all urgent technical support within 1hour. As presently we are covering within 1-12hours.

Our company now holds more then 4000+ clients base. Technical support follows tickets queue system, more then client replies tickets goes at the end of the queue. Our support staff holds responsibility to clear all the technical queries with 1st reply or quick solution within 1-12 hours during the weekends. We are improving our support services with rapid pace. Within next 2months support response and solutions will be reduced to same as weekdays support ( Within 1hour 1st response and max within 6hours solution )

In case of Mr. Hyelton, it was resolved within 12hours. As he replied to his ticket which resulted the ticket going into end of the queue.

I replied to the ticket right after I made the ticket. so it didnt go to far down haha.

Also my VPS is doing it again? Another Abuser? The reason Why I posted something cause I didnt know if it was my VPS or the hosts problem
