I hope all is well and I have 100% confidence with them, but apparently I misspoke early to them on Skype.

There is a message that appears on their website. If you had contacted them via gmail or Skype you would have been informed. I kindly was after I reached out through Skype. All servers should be back up by Monday afternoon or so. They work hard for us to give us best customer experience ever.

I had some issues with my cloudflare and domain not working, it took these guys literally 3-4 minutes to learn the problem and help me fix it! Love their support and honesty.

Really? Thanks, but marking the service as active, and not sending out any details either on the client portal side or through email doesn't help. Just looks like you completed your obligation to have all orders appear in satisfied. Still nothing.

They have not answered any request for several weeks, and there site email system also doesn't work, bounces back a bad email.
