i'm the owner , payoneer is known to block accounts & say "undisclaused reasons" , google it ;) & read terribe storry of people with that company

i faced a situation better then you xD i was working with my payoneer account fine , reciving money via my US payment service via my PayPal account , then they blocked my account with my money inside it and at any time i contact them asking why or for which reason , they say "Undisclosed...

according to PayPal Terms , you have to close your current account & open a new one once you are there ;) don't forget to call them & explain them your situation before closing your account regards ;)

no it's just a system who blocked that payment for security reason , they call it "Internal System block" you can just give them a call & explain them your issue & you will get it resolved ;) regards

simply give them a call & you get this issue resolved instant , or make a paypal account then add this email address & confirm it , & you will get the payment loaded on your account ;)
