Alright, after seeing these accusations i decided to check some of my oldest removed/dead links from about 2 months ago and for my surprise some of the deleted urls were indeed reused for files that i haven't uploaded, mostly for some random tv shows and even porn and i dont upload porn. Sad...

Yes, this is a very disturbing problem . Ive seen some of my files with this problem too. The files looks fine in your folder, but when you try to play them its says that they are removed and then the next day some of them are fine again.
