This company is becoming more and more dishonest every month. First they started lying about the payment dates and now they are lying about the actual payments by changing the Status from PENDING to PAID even though there is no transfer.

Still no payment and now they are simply changing the status to PAID without actually sending any money.

The account says PAID but there in no Paypal transfer at all. There is also a second payment which is still PENDING.

The lawsuit is only about Expendables 3. As long as you have NOT uploaded this file you will be okay. If you have then you will be part of the class action suit along with the owner. The best thing to do is delete any trace of this file and don't upload it again.
