    If you want to upload to RS (using US server), try upload to sendspace or mediafire. Then using direct link from sendspace or mediafire link, you can use RUM http://reupper.com/ for remote upload. Trust me,RS remote upload is really fast. For MU...like everybody said..really slow upload...
