My vps is down, last 3 day I am in eid vacation so I didn't open my mail and today I saw that mail you send to everyone, please give me time for take backup... my plan is KS 100
 
I manually installed all services on this vps, php mysql bind smtp ftp sphinx etc and tweaked it for weeks to get max speed out of it.

Now have to start over :(

Why am i getting this email?
We would like to take this opertunity to inform you that we are moving your services from outsourced hardware into our very own in-house, self maintained hardware. Sadly this means your data cannot be easily transfered, By way of compensation for this we have doubled the amount of hard disk space you are now getting! Your new VPS (As described below) had a double sized drive to your contracted account.

So Why is my old Account still active?
We never intended for you to lose everything, Your old account will remain active for a minimum of 7 days, We expect around 14 Days total, Depending on how quickly you are able to move your data to your new account.

And the new servers are all in NL, which may be good or bad depending on your location. I was previously on one of the Netdirekt servers in Germany and got great speeds. Hope the new server will be as reliable.

by the way i have an invoice (my next payment is on september 14)

why 20 70 pounds?
 
I put in a request for them to reprice my VPS from GBP to something else. I was previously charged in USD so I'm waiting to see what their response will be.

But I did notice a surprise when I ran a speed test from leaseweb. It seems that I am now on a shared 1Gbit instead of the 100meg that I was before. My test topped out at around 55MB/sec.

Edit to add: Here was their response the the repricing issue in my ticket:

We are soon going to change the prices of all the services.
It should be done latest by the next week.
Hence Do not worry, We will fix the prices soon and setup it to Equivalent in euros.

my ticket answered after 5 minutes ticket created
but after my reply (as still there is problem) there is no answer from any staff
 
Hey... I recive details about new VPS, but I can login into this panel.. Said that server not exist...

ANd in mail it was asaid that my space will doubled...

So that mean I will have 400 Gb?
