knowin is one of the few hosts here that havnt scammed kids and ran away. their service is fking great and is reliable. also 2 downtimes a month is nothing, all hosts have downtime so relax.

Well I wish to declare something Good and exciting, but guess I will wait until the servers come online.
Stupid Leaseweb has suspended all of our servers, so have to negotiate with them once they are open.

If you can't get back to normal at least give me my backup if you plan to close with leaseweb.
Anyway, your service was great and i expect you will serve us again.

If we move away from leaseweb, we will move your data as well.
And Please dont say Service Was Great, Say it is Great :P

Well,
I know how frustrating it can be for you.
If you think, i am just sitting and doing nothing then you are wrong.
I can straight away order new servers and move you on those, but what about your data ? You cannot get back your data untill the servers are online.

If you have backups of your data, then let me know we will put you on new servers.

Please update me asap, so that I can make arrangements for you.

Are you 100% sure that you will take our back ups from suspeded servers?

what laseweb is saying? you are waiting for answer from them for 2 days?

Leaseweb support is online. You should talk to him and update us.

If they suspend your servers for any reason they will give you time to move your data.
I talked to them about data security on suspension.

Despite of telling you so many times to back up your data regularly,
You do not do it. What would you do if the hard disk crashes and the data is wiped off ? Learn to make regular backups mate.
