Regarding your conversation with "Sadi", I think that is very good of "Sadi" to still be helping out with CrunchHost even though he has nothing to do with the company anymore.
I still hope that the issues with CrunchHost can be resolved asap. :'(
 
I don't care if it takes longer to bring the host up, I just want him to reply to me and give me my money back. Anyone got the email of that moustafa dude?

EDIT: Great, just got an email that the paypal payment has completed. Really need a refund right now :( Someone please reply.

Another kiddie WJ host. Ban won't help, I would sue your ass so then you will never even THINK about starting any company without getting your shit straight!

The owner of CrunchHost seems to be banned from WJ so i don't think he will be replying back. But either way, the host is still down and i think he screwed us over.

It took a week but the fact that they gave back the money is really great. When y'all start CH up again I might come back. Until then, goodbye :)

I spoke with CrunchHost tonight.
Theirs no progress as such... Nothing more than what we already know anyway.

They said that they had refunded someone about 37 euros (I gather that was you KingLupe?)

CrunchHost are still working on getting a new server with "I presume" a new provider.
They said that they are currently trying to re-create some files that their old provider refused to give them... I don't know exactly what these files are, but I don't think they are your backups - From what I understand, your backups are safe.

Unfortunately their English isn't great, so I sometimes have a hard time understanding what they are trying to say.

I am unsure what the first sentence exactly means but I have asked them to try and explain more clearly.
I'll hopefully have an answer on that later on tonight or tomorrow.

Ermmm?? OK... Well I'm only trying to help, but if that's your attitude - from now on, you can just sit there and just wonder whats going on without any updates then. I wont be posting here anymore. :facepalm: X-(
 
Shutup Drink, you should be happy we have someone who is giving us updates time to time as we will know what's going to happen with the host. So stfu kid.
