Remove Usergroup from vBulliten.

Hi, guys i want to remove the usergroup "Awaiting Moderation" from my usergroups because for some reason some of the people that sign up go to that usergroup...Its weird plus its pointless, if i want to make someone a admin im just going to change there usergroup...
