Domain name on India extension.I just hope they don't have India Server added.
They don't even have DMCA policy added on their web page...to me its look like some newbie trying his luck running a file host site...Running Filehosting is not as easy as it may sound.

Banning accounts because you were uploading copyright files doesn't mean they were called as Scam@soft2050 I don't use Hotfile. I've no bad attitude about Hotfile.

They had always disallowed copyright files sharing on there servers
and yet they go to warez and porn forums, sponsor them, run their promos there and pay people to only use their links. maybe you can't really call it a scam, but it is at verly least fishy, because they shit on their own TOS most of the time - unless some legal issues suddenly arise, of course.

@devilboy23 I don't think so. Even if we have many good file hosts, More file hosts mean more choices. Who know, someday, FSn may scam.
Don't think that FSn will not be bad. Hotfile was the best before and now, it is in the Scam list.
