They always track every country based upon traffic its generates and then promote it. Since past year over 10 countries have been promoted to upper groups.

Tracking happens on monthly basis and its automated , mate .

If more and more users will use FSC then it is bound to get promoted to upper groups

How they track ? i mean base of what :- sales or download??

If download , then india and china should come at least group c :facepalm:

pps is not applicable for country groups :- because pps affiliate get their percentage of every premium sales regardless of country ..

Of course sales plays important part. That's why Germany and Japan were promoted recently though they have always drawn huge traffic.

Filesonic is a Company ,mate , NOT run by any one individual.

Reports are generated on monthly basis and decisions are made.
