If you dont think 30$ is a good amount then u must be son of bill gates.. If you cant help a person to get his money back atleast dont make reply which makes no sense
 
Mourya - I know for a fact that you can't ask about other people's paypal accounts, you don't have the permission. Also, We'll have to wait until Mister X is online so we can hear his side of the story. If he hasn't refunded you within a week, I will issue a permanent ban.

P.S Couldn't you dispute the payment?

Hawk, you are correct i cant ask paypal about others paypal account information like how is their balance and other things.. but what i asked paypal is that if he had clicked on refund button to the transactions he received .. paypal agents said no he didn't issue any refund..that means he is liying.. why dont you check the screenshots that i posted in page 2 ??

I was trying to explain to Saime that 30$ is a decent valuable amount of money, I advise maybe some 'English for dummys' books?

I agree with dotcom. He is just a scammer saying a fake hack story... if he is not a scammer then why did he told me that he already clicked on refund.. which when i asked to paypal agent said that he didnt click on refund at all???

Hawk, how many days do you think a person would get his refund in? Paypal makes a refund within 7 days.. its been 9th day.. if he is that true seller he might have already been submited necessary documents to lift his limits and send the money..

mister_x show me the screenshots that you have issued a refund. !
