i need help with polish forum

Guyz,
i need some help with darkwarez.pl.
they are always banning me when i create an account and send messages to forum. i m obeying all rules but they are banning me anyway.
what is the point in that forum

Dude i PMed admins and modarator and they dont answer for one week. i opened a topic for their help on forum and nothing happens. i was banned again. heres my topic:

what is the point to share something on this forum.
i had an account for one year on darkwarez.pl and i was sharing well for one year in this forum. everything was ok. but i warned 3 times and i was banned. that's normal for forum rules. ok, no discussion on this situation.

-Now i want to create a new account and i want to share but when i share somethin with my new account, i m being banned every and every time although i was obeying all rulez that i know (i m using this forum for 1 year and i know how to share)

What is the point to share for new users? i PMed admin 3 times to get a VIP membership and i PMed every and every modarators over and over again to get VIP membership or what is needed to share something but they DIDNT answer.
i m not a spammer or anything else. i m just and uploader.
Help me NORMAL users, moderators and admins dont help so i need ur helps :S"
 
Dude,
i m using 'IP platinum' application, my ip is always changing.
although i was using polish IP number, they re banning anyway.
 
I think there is a rule that i didnt understand for new users and i think only polish guyz can help me about that...
i m waiting for a polish dude to help me :facepalm:
 
I believe changing IP wont help You much since most of webmasters have multiple login detections systems on thier vb/phpbb forums, which work with cookies & ips & emails ...
