I cant say how the hosting is but I KNOW that the support is HORRIBLE and unfriendly!
The story:
I bought 1$ webspace for a porn blog. After payment I immediatly got my data but was not able to get onto the page (access forbidden; only ftp access worked).
I had to write a support ticket and was asked what I want to host at nlvl.
I answered that I would like to host a porn blog. (well my fault I did not read the TOS carefully enough)
They told me that this would be against the TOS and IMMEDIATLY suspended my account!!!
So I asked for a refund which they refused by telling me that I violated their TOS....
I explained to them that I never uploaded or hosted any pornographic material and consequently did not violate the TOS.
They still refused and told me that I should open a PayPal dispute -.-
Well so I had to open the dispute in which they still refused to refund.
End of the story: PaylPal took care of the dispute and I got my money back.
How a SERIOUS hosting company would handle the situation:
After telling me that this is not allowed they would also tell me that my account will be suspended if I would violate that.
