Wordpress permalink problem

My blog is having issue with permalink.
http://www.dhruvahosting.com/blog/
This is the blog. Now when I click on the permalink I get redirected to the home page.
I tried updating the permalinks it didnt work.

Please advice me.

1st step : delete .htaccess file from your blog folder

2nd step : set permalinks again from wordpress general settings

3rd step : open blog and enjoy

1 more mistake - you have kept blog URL as dhruvahosting.com and not dhruvahosting.com/blog/

EDIT : go to wordpress general settings and change URL to dhruvahosting.com/blog/ and it will be solved

Configure your blogs general options.
goto permalinks edit them again.
if you get the .htaccess code.. just copy paste it to your .htaccess file.
