Hello,

My Review after buying and using the Service :

I bought A Linux VPS had dedicated ram 1.5GB and burstable 2GB.Harddisk 150GB..
Got the details within 10mins.
installed sborg
after 20mins VPS was down ... contacted live support and VPS was up in no time ...
then started using Sborg
Max download speed i got was 1.71MBPS from fileserve and less than that from filesonic of which im not satisfied ... the minimum i would ve got was to be 10MBPS cauz the VPS was on 1GBPS port ... i also checked Rapidleech for downloading and got around 2.6MBPS from filesonic.
Had issue of server kept not responding at random intervals ...
Sborg was running very good cauz i guess the server was quite good and as it had 1.5GB ram ... This thing i liked the most ...
Support was really very very Good and friendly ... (Live Support)

I have asked for a refund and my ticket has been responded within 10mins saying i will be refunded withing 24hours.

So Guyz Over All Rating :

Support : 10/10
CPU Speed : 8/10
Service(Upload/Download and server response) : 3/10

babarali124@ The downtime was caused because of a Node Restart. (And ofcourse 1 minute downtime is covered in our SLA)

We are known for Upload/Download speeds, Please see our old threads, I'm pretty sure you wont be doing something right.

Since the servers are places in NL and Fileserve and FileSonic being US servers, getting good speeds from there is a remote possibility. I have tried different NL servers and still am not satisfied with the upload speeds I get to them so its not a fault of HostHatch but the location you selected.

If HostHatch has better upload speeds in accordance with the bandwidth speed they are providing for Fileserve and FileSonic, I would gladly purchase the server.

Very nice SS for misleading people who read this thread. I'd really love to see a provider which gives you 213 MB/s upload on a 1 Gbit line and a HDD that can support these speeds unless the entire Fileserve structure is built on SSD disks which i highly doubt.

75 MB/s yes, 213 MB/s... hell no.

well thats what RL shows. RL has fluctuating speed issues while showing speed. Those screenshot doesnt really mean that the speed is 213MB/s or such. you cant blame hoster for it.

I guess speed of uploading using sborg can show u real results.
 
I don't have to test a VPS to conclude something that it's quite obvious.

Usually, the maximum speed you will get from a line is the line's Mbps divided by 10. A Gbit line will give ~100 MB/s download and upload. The maximum theoritical DL and UL speed in a 1 Gbit line is 1000/8= 125 MB/s. You will never exceed this speed no matter how good your server and your connection are :)

In fact, you will never even get this speed even if you are on a dedicated server with noone else sharing the same line. I've seen speeds peaking at 100-105 MB/s which obeys the generic rule of Mbps/10. 213 MB/s is beyond impossible to be achieved.

On the other hand, 75 Mb/s is a quite achievable speed given that the line is not loaded. That's all i'm saying.

EDIT: @humour No, don't get me wrong. I don't blame HostHatch. Those numbers are indeed the result from RL issues when it has to do with speeds.

My friend told me that he tested your Windows VPS with a demo account. He told me that the VPS you set up for him only had a 100Mbps line not a 1Gbps line which resulted in not testing the speeds properly and was told that due to security concerns, you gave him this much speed but will have a 1 Gbps line after he purchases.

If this policy has changed, I am open to testing the services and if found good at uploading to fileserve and filesonic, I will definitely purchase your services because if there was one thing my friend really appreciated was the 15 minutes response times to tickets.
 
shafaquat@ This is no policy, Let me explain this,

1)In XEN HVM, Default NIC is 100Mbps, You have to request a change via ticket.
2)Your friend would've got a Test VPS and we only allow 100Mbps for Test VPS to protect other users on the node.
