First thing, I'd like to suggest you is that stop using the SMS Language when you're typing from a keyboard. If you are using a mobile, then typing with SMS Language is fine, but its not good always to do it.

Its looking like that for me (1024X768). I cannot comment on the logo as its not your work. You can be a bit creative and add something of your own mind to the logo.

I see 2 notices which are serving the same thing. I'd suggest that you remove either one of them. Removing the yellow one will be a good choice. Also, the text is coming out from the blue if you look carefully. Try fixing it.

- Reduce top spacing
- Reduce font size

Forums:
Most of your forums do not have a description along with it. Also, you do not need to have the 'Wupload' in front of every forum name as its understood that your forum is dedicated to 'Wupload'. So maybe you can rename them again.
Also, hide the Community, Announcement & Helpdesk section, because as a user/visitor I'm not interested in your talk going in your forum. All I'm concerned with is just the download which I get from your site. If they are good and I visit it often, then I'll register to see whats going on in your forum.
Also, hiding them will generate a curiosity in me that maybe they got some good things in the forums so I should register and check them out. If the visitor has this mind frame, then you can be sure that he won't be a lurker, he'd be an active member and its always better to have 1 active member rather than 100 non-active member.
