1) Never promised anything.
2) I never gave you a time limit on a custom installation. Windows 2008 is our default not XP.
3) I do know how to install XP - you have to be clear on what operating system we are talking about installing on.

Sarcastic responses and bashing without any proof will not get you a response from me again. If you have proof, post it. You say you have e-mails I have them too and I clearly have stated what I offer 24hrs or less setup time on our default OS's.

I gave you the notice less than 24hrs about the XP and confirmed with you that if you wanted Enterprise 2008 at the end. You said yes. I delivered that and for days I didn't hear from you. Once you said you had a problem I replied as soon as I could and asked you for the program that you wanted to work. You told me the situation I told you I get back to you on lunch time (today). I give you the VPS as unmanaged and anything else is best-effort. The VPS is working as it is. I told you many times if it doesn't work let me take look at it (because you had that program) that only seems to work under Windows XP.

In the end you have been refunded 100%.

EDIT: Please get the time-stamps correct. On the last message you just put a couple of hours later...that I responded. It was actually 5 minutes apart. If you see all the e-mails from your g-mail. I replied on a timely manner and sometimes right away.

You crack me up. You asked for email proof and when I provided that You are changing the story. With each post You are digging Your hole deeper.

I did not say that you didn't ask for XP. I said that XP isn't a default installation and I gave you a notice less than 24hrs about it because I had a problem with it. I asked if you wanted Enterprise and you said yes. Where did I ever say that you did not ask for XP? The way you word it needs to be an exact quote of what I said otherwise you can't rephrase it as your own.

Screenshots are better than copy/paste while leaving out timestamps and leaving out all of our conversations. Anyway hats off to you, until screenshots are posted all information is inaccurate because copy/paste doesn't show all conversation. I didn't change any of the story either nor did I answer in couple of hours as you stated in the other response earlier this thread.

Lunch time is over. I can go back to work.
 
Defend Yourself with screenshots. You will ask for video proof when I get You screenshots.


BTW learn how to install xp before offering it as one of the options. If You have installed xp in first go this would not have happened.
 
Hereiam@ Why not post Screen shots? How do you know he'll ask for Video proof, How can you predict future?

And he replied you before 24 hours that he CANNOT do it and you APPROVED that he should go with the other OS...... Whats the problem then?

I asked for windows xp and when he didn't know how to install it he offered win2k8 saying that try that app and if it didn't work we can do something. I accepted that instead of demanding a refund right away. Is that my mistake? I thought I would give this guy a chance.

After that his responses were rather slow and his responses have been prompt after my post.

I disagree with my responses being slow after delivering you what we agreed on after I couldn't deliver Windows XP which I gave you Windows 2008 instead.

I told you that if you send a reply here and e-mail I will get them on my phone and in one e-mail I stated that sometimes I may not hear them but if you reply on e-mail and post here at the same time I will hear two beeps which caught my attention. The time I posted here was EST time on lunch time which is the reason they are prompt, which could have been on me helping your VPS but instead you want to make it very clear here (for whatever reason) when I already told you my proposed timing. Then you reply with a response as is supposed to be a threat which is why you were refunded then ASAP.

I am not blabbering any information the only reason I am pissed is legitimately because your saying something I have never said and providing wrong information which I am asking you to back up with screenshots. I am simply asking you to post the whole conversation rather than skipping information out. Provide exact time-stamps because what I did was beyond of what I offer. Let's keep that in mind here, the VPS was working as given. Any applications that you require are done in best-effort. You still had that though because I couldn't provide XP for you that I had to do everything for you after that right away but that would be a managed solution not an unmanaged one.

---If you were a bit more patient I could have helped you out today. But having to write it here and e-mail at the same time is for what purpose? Your response to that is...? "Don't make me post everything that happened" -> threat? No, thank you and I do not have anything to hide.

Final note: I hope your happy with the next host who allows you to download from public trackers (The Pirate Bay / Monova a Windows Office copy) and allows you to forum spam (multiple logins on "BookMarkWiz" with an automated script spamming links to certain keywords). Now I am really glad I got you off the node.

If You are denying You don't you post email screenshots and come clean. Don't type walls of text.

Before talking about trackers does microsoft allow you to install xp on vps? Maybe You should email microsoft regarding that. What I was doing is bookmarking and not forum spam and it was done through proxies. Learn things before talking about them. But this is all expected from a vps provider who cannot install xp:)

I don't deny your posting of e-mails but is certainly not all of it and "little off" "couple of hours" is huge timing.

Microsoft has no problem installing XP on VPS ask them yourself. This is not an uncommon thing search VMWARE with XP and you will see tons of people having problems with it.

What the hell are u constantly argiung with him when u have got a refund from him?

I am also using his services and for me he is the best vps provider here with nice support.i havent got any problem yet.

@valentin. You are entitled to your opionion and so am I. Refund is the least thing he could have done. What about my time wasted. Why promise xp when You obviously cannot provide that.

@hosthatch. Are You signature spamming buddy?

I would like to end this convo here and would appreciate if people without complete knowledge of what happened can keep their thoughts to themselves.
