Support very bad, lifetime premium user, ask HISH many time (digitalpoint), ticket ID 64457 for 4 days but still no answer.
"Our promise to you: if you are not satisfied with our service, our support team will ensure that all your issues are resolved." -> in premium page.
Very disappointed.

Support is always here, I will look at the ticket myself. I don't remember when you spoke to me on DP... Anyway, I apologize for not getting back to you earlier!
This bug is a very small one and we will have someone look into it when they could. Now they are busy with important stuff.
When I click on A-Z then click "apply" it works with me. Im using google chrome.
