Support is always here, I will look at the ticket myself. I don't remember when you spoke to me on DP... Anyway, I apologize for not getting back to you earlier!

This bug is a very small one and we will have someone look into it when they could. Now they are busy with important stuff.

When I click on A-Z then click "apply" it works with me. Im using google chrome.

I have known this tiny-miny issue for past 9-10 days . It usually happens in firefox only and mostly when I try to move 100+ files but like you mentioned solution is pretty simple , just one click :)

I wonder why it was such a big issue for someone, but , anyway we always have simple solution already in place (a command button on left side in folder frame - apply ). My best guess is the person who raised it was unaware of it.

I am still wondering how you are holding up with your enormous patience since what I like last August ?

Thanks for all you hard work and immense support. You are the only reason I come to check this thread out these days :)

I can download files with Jdownloader 420-450kbyte/Sec (4mbit connection) from filesonic fileserve speed is 300-350 kbyte/Sec, today speed is as best as of 4mbit for me
 
WTF !!!

I uploaded one file and it got deleted in 1 minute.

Again uploaded it 7 times , got deleted in 5 minutes :|

WTF ? That file is not lasting more than 10 minutes..
What to do?
 
RU some Fileserve files yesterday(~24hrs ago) from my Fileserve account to Filesonic. Download status is 100% sucessful. However, some files are stuck on pending/moving status after that and it doesn't gets completed.

Maybe you have a shared IP and thats why the system thinks that you already downloaded

I'm a premium member in filesonic, i'm downloading a 300MB file and i'm halfway through and it just stops! I cannot resume it! Fuck!

What a premium service -_-
