Why does everybody use WRZhost. I have been using UnderHost and they have been gr8 and they have lesser prices then WRZhost.

Because they've been around a long long time, Support and uptime will be good..

Also it's just personal preference at the end of the day.

I agree.I have been using underhost for last 2-3 months and i am a satisfied user there

Recently my page hosted at WRZhost is sometimes loading realy slowly for me, and i can't access my customer area page ( entire subdomain billing.wrzhost.com is not working for me ). anyone else has this problem?

everything is fine now - probably just some routing problems.

I used UnderHost for a while, their servers were crappy and slow, +oversold.

On WRZHost now, i pay a little. but its worth it

Well the problem was the crappy networks connection to hong kong, we doesn't offer shared hosting in hong kong anymore, we only offer dedicated servers in much reliable datacenter with 100mbps connection instead of 3mbps where our HK servers was previously hosted.

We agree with you our service was under our standard during time you where in, we have improved our networks since through and we are now one of the best offshore hosting compagny you will be able to find out there.

So we moved to Amsterdam and upgraded to a 1Gbit line, much better

Although to be honest, if you only had a 3mb line, you should have thought about the speeds before you sold on the servers.

The bandwidth was capped to 3mbps after 6 month of use, we we're previously on 20mbps in HK.

Our new datacenter through give us 100mbps shared line in hong kong (2Gbps Local + 300 Mbps Overseas(Singtel, REACH, NTT)), which is much better.

Only VPS and Dedicated servers are currently offer in hong kong. But Hong Kong shared hosting will be back soon. =)

We moved to NL and now its all uptime.
