Treating a client when it comes to the Internet, if you ask any of our clients you may come to know how we do offer our service and how do we provide our support to them.

We aren't here to provide support either ways, we have our own site to manage these things, its him who got this topic in here. He want's a refund, sure he can. He did twice before too. We won't be denying to refund him as it is solely on his satisfaction. Even though we have a 24hrs refund policy still even if any of our clients isn't satisfied we do provide them a partial refund.
And we do know that clients review about the service and support and not about the design or the layout of the side.
Asking about downloading/uploading speed, what can you expect more from a guy who had the same problem before too.
On a note, We do our best to provide support to anyone who even is new to this. Some people aren't aware of somethings, but we don't treat them as if they are inexperienced but we help them with each and every possible way we can.
Did we deny him to refund him? Did we deny him to move? Been two times and we dint.
