And why u opened a thread with the title they are scam if you wish to ask whether any one got paid? They have lil troubles with the ownership change happened in the first week of april and they will pay in the end of april as per the info i got from a fellow friend of mine. Well they paid me over 2k euros and i believe they will pay always.

I find it hilarious that people say that these "filehosting sites" like Rapidshare / Fileserve / Uploaded.to are scams, just because they didn't pay out.
Lets face it, it's a known fact amongst the warez community that 99% of people are uploading illegal content, and EXPECTING to get paid.
It's always clearly stated that uploading illegal content is against the Terms & Conditions, and if you are found out then your payment will be refused, and your account will possibly be terminated.
If the filehost refuses to pay out, then tough luck!! It is not a SCAM!! As some people claim. It's in the T&C's!!!
If the filehost DOES pay out, then you've been lucky.
Simple.

Have been using Uploaded.to for quite some time now and I can confirm the recent payment delays. However, once they get their issues with paypal out of the way, I am certain that payments will arrive again.
