i'm already aware of basic scripts like flexshare, etc... i need good one for one of my dedicated server with "download speed limit", "ftp support" etc, Xfilesharing Pro just looks perfect anyway

Nope, it's not mine - however, I believe some of the major file hosts are based on this script(?).
