Also, if you have gotten one before, you are welcome to share any thoughts, and information about it, such as recommendations, and any other information you can think of. :)

Roughly one every 2 weeks, sometimes one a week.

Had several lawsuits too which were likely sent to a subway restaurant in new york city (they think i live there).

I just delete the content though because one post isn't even 1% of the db. Also it'll get re-added in future by another user lol.

As for recommendations/notes:
- Doesn't matter where you're hosted in the world as long as you remove the content when asked
- One post of thousands (or in my case millions) is nothing, so just do it
- They know all my sites consist of user-submitted unmoderated content, so they don't bother me after I remove the reported content

I've gotten just one before to censor and remove from search results there products, also had to remove everything that they made.

Ignored it though and nothing happened :p.

I've personally never received a copyright notice of my websites, but clients have and usually taken care of.

On the other hand, I've had a "Trademark Infringement" cease and desist before in regards to domain names I use to own, Keyword: "Use to". They legally stole them from me via UDRP. It questionable because the company who wanted these domain names, had deep pockets and everyone told me "They will win", but any "John Doe" can win a case with no money. (Submit documents for free) - but in this case the judge favored them. At one point I questioned the 'Judge' because the 'same name' kept popping up in the companies cases and always favored them, coincidence? Either he really found them in favor or he was in their pocket. (Domain Judges)

Blah...
