You know Hish, you are very interesting guy...

First, you banned my account for "fraudulent sale" but offcourse you didn't explained why that sale was fraudulent. I suppose that I'm guilty because someone tryed to trick your system while downloading some of my files.

Second, it is really great that you banned my acc on payment day(tuesday), and the "problem sale" was on Friday.

Third, and the most beatiful thing, you banned my acc, but offcourse, my files are still there and you are getting all the money from the generated sales.

Well done, this all is really proffesional from your side...

dont jump into conclusions based on one persons experience! every story has two sides. ive been treated very nicely by filesonic, payments on time and everything works great.

so imo - not a scam site

Yes I contacted him.

First sended two mails via contact form@filesonic home page.
After that, posted my problem at their official thread.
Then Hish sad to give him my ID so he can check and tell me why mu acc is banned.

The answer was:

"Hi,

Thanks for quick reply... You account was marked as credit card fraud...

The only sale you had on Friday, was a fraudulent one.

Therefore, you were banned from our service.

Hish"

Then I asked from him to explain(2 times), but no answer...

@itmees I was getting paid from them also until now, but the problem is that he didn't explained why, I know that I was following all the rules... I was premium user also!
 
These days I cannot login. THe application system error pops out every thime I tried to login.
I sent mails-> noreply
CS here, after 2 pms->vanished

Anyone knows this error screen? is it the meaning of being banned?
 
Surely they shouldn't ban you for someone else trying to commit fraudulent activity? Unless they are 'assuming' that this was you who was trying to commit the fraudulent activity on your own account.
 
Filesonic What a Scam it is!!

Just what hong kong chinese scam is filesonic?

Filesonic.in = filesonic.com (See end of message*)

1. They went without my consent in to my paypal account recharging me
after I canceled.
2. Their support answers are irrelevant "boiler plates" one-liner replies.
3. I never received their "premium" speed. ( 10-12kb/sec....!)
4. My account got compromised after two weeks.
5. The new password they sent me does not work.
6. Resetting my password I receive an email with a new one.
7. Login with new password I received "No such email account"
8. Best of all Paypal shysters and their hide away inept "support" claims
their "investigation" shows the charges are legitimate!! WHAT??

I guess it's time I contact the FTC.

Complaining to filesonic about all the above including about continuing charging me despite my cancellation THIS IS THE ANSWER I RECEIVED FROM THEM(!!!):

Buddy, I'm not using these new file hosts, but you have to know that you won't get your money back. You can send them emails every day, but they will just ignore you, or they won't even get to see your email, because of the hundreds of other emails they receive daily.

Just let that be your lesson, never buy anything from a Website that's established last year.
