They have changed design and put up a new software engine so maybe that was the problem and my account will become available,
 
I got a free premium account today from them, they 'r offering such accounts for 2day.
but btw i don't know for what i gonna use it lool.

Like new interface so much

but.....,

RU does not work for me.

If anyone manages to RU files and how please share with us.

Of course as users said there is a tax fee in the earnings (for all 20%)

so if u earned 100$ then u ll receive only 80$

New site is top and modern, loads fast however can't work without RU.

They pay however they do not reply often in e-mail and there is no support.

Tested some files yesterday with FREE user got nice speeds compared to other file hosts (easy share, usershare)

Is anyone here satisfied or should we avoid completely them ??

Please write your experiences with them or your opinions to avoid them :)
 
Starting with the payout fee of formerly 19%, it will be raised to 20% though this fee isn't applicable at every payout amount of at least 100 EUR! According to this from now on you also earn 19% more than before, if you always request at least 100 EUR per payout in the future.

The tax fee only applies for payments under 100 EUR.

Dear Customer,

there is no storage limitation.
Inactive files will be delete after 90 days.
Illegal files will be deleted upon request of rights holder.

bad customer support

even via e-mail (yes e-mail is enough to support customer-users) there must be a support for this (SMALL) issues. (imagine the bigger issues......how solved)

This is why we did not start creating our links on ul

Design and site are excellent (very nice and user-friendly) but we can not work since there is no response on customer/user issues from UL company.....from smaller to bigger probs

they are not scam however they do not look professional 100%
