The FS working i can upload and download from there the counting is always not was good you need wait 4-5 days until the dl will show to you

I got a problem : I post many links from Fileserve and I got 0 downloads, and this is not normal.
What's happening ? Even more than 24h after post :'(.

File manager stats count is at a halt right now. Techs are currently working on a new method to get it displayed for you in real time 
We did go down for approximately 50 min. due to a datacenter issue. We weren't working on the site, so it was an external problem.

alot of pple cant dl still and is there a way to check if the links are alive.
currenyl; all shows alive but alot cnanot be dled .. all shoes error
are u all moving servers or?
what can we do or we cant do anything?
pls help us all and not let our money go to waste

I have so many download problem from fileserve, so many links. These links are up but are not downloadable . I have tried in sBorg in US server and my PC at home also, and the same problem occur.

Yes, we know there's some issues pulling up the files nowadays. We were testing out a new system, but unfortunately it didn't go the way it was supposed to, thus, you see that it takes a very long time to pull up the downloads and sometimes even the speed is affected. On Tuesday we will have a new solution out to see if it will help on this.
