I have to agree on the font though, better drop the serifs.

What I like most is that you didn't go overboard, most beginners go all out and use every effect in the book to show off. You instead kept it nice and clean. Way to go!

I would say 8/10, mostly because I dislike the navigation (color combination and the serif font), as well as the serif font you're using in the "LOGO" part isn't very good for web use. However, it's really good, much better than my first website (MS Frontpage years back, hehe).
