Myrapidleech.net's Shoutout to it's Clients

we have only 10 clients for shared web hosting , rest all were of rapidleech hosting, so we don't backup rapidleech hosting files... and rest shared web hosting clients are already signed to our agreement that they will backup there files themself we don't provide this service... even i have confirmed 3-4 guys out of 5 have their backups with them...

Errr, 5 and 10 is different.
 
Damn, that sucks. But, there's no TOS or Privacy Policy on your site that's protecting your word.

Everyone can see that MyRapidLeech.net doesn't have TOS or Privacy Policy. Therefore, you have to refund Shared Web Hosting customers if you lost their files.
 
after site reinstalled i have not added again

i will refund clients for shared web hosting but what if they are for sig4 hosting n haven't even paid me :O
 
It's common sense. Only guys who paid with money, can get their money back. Not the guys who posted something in exchange. I'm afraid that there's nothing that protects those who were posting in exchange.
 
cyber-cliff, you honestly should have had a back-up of your site IN CASE something like this was to happen. It's part of being a good webmaster to have recent back-ups of your files & databases.
 
@krazeek: yeah i know that i have a weekly back-up...but in that week that that myrapidleech was down there's a lot of sign-up to my site..so i dont have a back-up in that week..
 
I see both sides, if Myrapidleech has a TOS saying they don't offer back-ups (not sure where or if they have this written). It's only a week loss mate, it's a whole lot better than starting from scratch.
 
yeah its only a week and i wait for 3 days myrapidleech to be up..and take my back-up..but sad to know..they dont have a back-up..i think they are unprofessional when it comes to hosting industry..

cliff : we are canceling your account if you don't need it simple as that, as i told our backup server was also hacked, we have a secondary drive with ND

they also deleted host.exe which also cause unable to recover a single data :(
 
Ok ipowerz just set my hotfile and rs accounts to my rl. It's working now
both of them are on live support..
I am getting help from there.. But please don't rush at this time. There are other 12 customers.They will fix asap.... I think
