The site looks so simple as a File-Host, No Favicon. (No offense)

you might work on site design first then think about PPD plans.

premium accounts are way more expensive than established filehosts (Hotfile,Fileserve,Filesonic).

$11.99 for one month premium? I doubt many people converts to premium as they can find more than 50 million files from Hotfile for just $9.
 
Are you serious when you said that Registered users have 5000000Mb and Premiums 9000000Mb of storage space? I upload around 100GBs per day and i don´t want jokes if i start to use this filehost...

What about payments? Do you pay every week, twice a month, monthly??

Good luck with your project! I suggest you to erase the captcha for registered (Non-Premium users), if you dont play with the captcha trick will be impossible to sell anything and do a minimal competition with FileServe/HotFile/BitShare..

we did increase space now for member 5TB
and for premium 10TB

*we pay every saturday

for captcha we use image test so its more easy like other
 
2048 Mb its bit small and when we add to this almost 2 minutes of waiting and annoying captcha its not so good deal for free users, and thanks to them we have a lot of downloads ...
Competition is strong...

Poland in B group it make me happy :)
